簡介
華君怡博士現任澳門城市大學金融學院助理教授。她擁有美國俄亥俄州大學的經濟學博士學位。作為一名應用計量經濟學者，她運用微觀數據來理解微觀個體的經濟行為。她熱衷於研究經濟區域內農業、環境問題（如氣候變化、水資源與空氣污染）、土地供給、政策和城市化的相互關係，以及基於這些關係的可持續經濟發展的政策建議。在她所參與的美國 USDA 科研項目 Thriving Agricultural Systems in Urbanized Landscapes 中，她與生態、水文、環境科學等其他專業學者進行跨學科合作研究，通過提出有效可行的政策建議來解決政府管理成本導致的負外部性、資訊不對稱以及適應環境變化所導致的隱藏成本。
