Bibliography

Dr. Meng Li is currently an Assistant Professor in Faculty of Finance at City University of Macau. He received his PhD degree from University of Carlos III in Madrid and worked in Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. His major research interests are macroeconomics, fiscal policy, business cycle, general equilibrium, income and wealth inequality, and international taxation. His research papers have been published in international journals, including Macroeconomic Dynamics and Economic Modelling. He works as an anonymous reviewer of some international journals, such as Macroeconomic Dynamics, Journal of the Asia Pacific Economy, Applied Economics, and Emerging Markets Finance and Trade. He also coauthors with other two scholars to publish a book “Digital China: Fiscal Policy Optimization and System Construction.” Dr. Li has obtained the grants from the Youth Project of Humanities and Social Science Fund of Ministry of Education and Macao Education Fund. Before joining City University of Macau, he hosted a project of the teaching reform in Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. He obtained the second-class award of the third national contest in cases of taxation by the committee of teaching guidance in master of taxation and the first-class award of contest in “merging ideology and politics into courses” by Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. He also advised students to obtain the second-class award of the national contest in regulations on tax risks, the second-class award of the Sichuan provincial contest in practical skills in public finance and taxation, the first-class award of the Chengdu-Chongqing contest in cases of taxation, and the award of the excellent master dissertation by Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. His course of International Taxation was awarded as the first-class undergraduate online course in Sichuan.
