Dr. Ma Xingshu is currently an assistant professor at Faculty of Finance, City University of Macau. She graduated with a bachelor's degree from University of International Relations and a master's degree from Tsinghua University, and received her PhD in Economics from University of Macau. She previously worked as a primary market investor in a securities company and has extensive experience in industry analysis, asset valuation, and post-investment management. Her main research areas are land policy, productivity, and production efficiency.
