Established in 1992, Tertiary Education Services Office (Gabinete de Apoio ao Ensino Superior) is a governmental department in charge of higher education affairs in Macau, and is under the leadership of the Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture of the Government of the Macau Special Administrative Region.
