Graduates can engage in research and teaching roles at universities and research institutions, as well as work in sectors such as banking, insurance, securities, accounting, government agencies, and multinational organizations in areas like asset management, investment consulting, corporate finance, market analysis, and financial education.
Data from past graduates indicate that the vast majority work in education, taking teaching positions in various universities in mainland China that align with their specialization. Many others are employed in banking and securities, primarily in executive roles.

▼ Graduation Requirements
To complete the program, students must take 8 required courses (24 credits) and write a dissertation (8 credits), totaling 32 credits.
Additionally, students must have a publication in a journal and participate in over 10 finance seminars before graduation.
▼Admission Criteria
1. Applicants must hold a master's degree or equivalent qualifications. Candidates with backgrounds in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or related fields are preferred.
2. All applicants are required to take the entrance examination organized by the University of Macau, with admission based on merit.
