Dr.QIAO was born in 1964 in the northeastern province of Jilin. Dr.QIAO got bacherlor degree in economics,master in law, doctor in economics from Jilin University before 1999. Dr.QIAO is also China’s first post-doctoral research fellow of applied economics to carry out research on automobile industry. Dr.QIAO visited over 50 countries and regions. Dr.QIAO’s publications include the books entitled Automobile Industry in Present-Day Japan, Enterprise Acquiistions and Mergers, On the Economy of Scale ,The WTO and China’s Automobile Industry. Dr.QIAO research objective is the optimal integration of the most creative possible theoretical exploration with practical application.Now Dr.QIAO has worked in Macau more than 11 years.
